request your receipts, I went to the drive thru and had a paper coupon - gave it to the cashier who than asked for my card and handed the food and my card back with no receipt. I got home and checked my bank account and was charged the full price for the meal instead of what the coupon stated. I went back and was told I needed to tell her the coupon code when I ordered in which I informed her she should have said that when she took my coupon and I paid. she kept trying to justify...read full review

After having a misunderstanding with the GM Karen, Karen and I spoke and made peace with one another! Today's redo of the double whopper with cheese value meal, was one of the freshest and hottest meals I've ever had at any BK, and guessing it was the AGM, the tall Latina employee and her prep staff, were pure perfection!!!Wish we didn't have to have a misunderstanding to get to this, but it shows me the GM is approachable and kind.

It is what it is. It’s Burger King. For fast food it’s good. If you’re looking for a flame grilled whopper this is the place to go. The service on the other hand is where it would vary depending on where and when you go.
