Caldareta is on point. If you get lucky and have a freshly fried talapia available, get it. Crispy, hot, delicious. Add a little kanin on the side and dayummmmmm that is a tasty meal.

The food was ok but the customer service was horrible. Lack of attention to customer and service with an attitude definitely drives anyone to no return regardless of how good the food maybe. They need to work on that. It doesn't matter if they don't understand or speak English well. They can still care for customers with a smile and pleasant attitude.

We stopped by this Filipino grill to pick up some "combos" and containers of food to go. We ordered BBQ, chicken adobo, and asado. For dessert, we ordered a sweet mongo and 2 drinks, a sago and cantaloupe. Everything was delicious. I think going there earlier in the day gives the best selection and freshness of food. My personal favorite is the beef kaldereta though it wasn't on the menu that day. You can call ahead for catering for all your party's needs. This place has a great selection and delicious variety of sides, mains, and desserts. The service and staff was quick and friendly. We'll be back to try out their other dishes. I highly recommend this place for your Filipino cravings!

This place is authentic. Walked right in bright in morning to the beauty of roast meat. There's many interesting food laid out and a bit overwhelming with the choices. However I just pointed and on random scored a good run of delicacies. 1-the meat skewer is delicious, get it 2-the colorful cupcake/muffin type reminds me of asian brown sugar cake bun 3-the ube cookies are good but not that flavorful 4-the pork dish with rice was very flavorful, best part is it comes with a meat skewer not your typical bland veggie side dish Overall, I would come back to try their other delicacies

We stopped here on our way back to PA. Bought cooked food for dinner...pancit, bbq sticks, inihaw baboy and inihaw bangos. Everything was good BUT the PANCIT was panis (spoiled):(. So disappointed!!

One if the best Filipino restaurant/takeout in middlesex County in nj. One of its main dishes that are exceptional kare-kare oxtail, pancit (not greasy like some places), Shanghai eggrolls, and my fav halo-halo w. Ube ice cream. Mostly all th food is very good thanks to Alfred (owner) and assistants Brian & Johnny.

I can't believe that this place is still open. Worst filipino food I ever tried. Don't go to this place for filipino food. Instead , try other place.

Probably one of the best flans I've had in NJ so far! Not too watery, not too dense. Definitely worth a try.

Dont let the high ratings on here fool you. The food is highly disappointing. The Bicol Express I ordered didnt have any kick to it at all. Also the Adobong Pusit was too salty and didnt taste fresh. No matter how spacious and accomodating the place looks but it couldnt make up for the low quality of their food.

I love coming here during lunch to get the combo special which comes with either rice or noodles and then two sides. I always get the noodles because I love the thin noodles and the taste is spectacular. I usually get various meats every time I come here and I had no specific favorites. I enjoyed tasting different meats and the fish. I like the grilled fish. Also, they have sometime have soup in the buffet section and they tasted ok. Not the biggest fan. I also like the snack they put out like empanadas and the steamed flour cake. Lastly, the service is pretty good! Super cute atmosphere and family run business.

Working in Hamilton, I had learned of this place from a couple of Filipino colleagues at work. When I went the first time, I was immediately brought back to that familiar feeling of carinderias and local canteens back home. With the classic "turo-turo" style of choosing, I have shared this local gem with my team and often go for lunch with them with my question that goes "Kusina today????". That's usually all it takes and I'm glad that Kusina is as close as it is and do not see stopping going here anytme soon! Great food everytime and warm and friendly (is there any other kind?) folks working there. A definite must when you're in the Hamilton area!!!

Their cost went up the last few months and their service got worst. I was there with my family to eat breakfast and right beside us were white folks. My wife asked for a sauce and the guy just pointed her where the sauces were then he went to the other family. He asked them what they needed then he got a sauce and offered it to them. Reminder, we are your regular customers who make your business run not the one time visitors. So don't be naive, it can bite you. I'm giving a 2 star not 1 as the food is still ok not good as before.

Our first time there and we had planned to eat their for lunch the day before, but my friend took me out for lunch for my birthday, so I couldn't say no. We were there last night for dinner and we were told come at lunch time, we would have more selections. That tells me their food is so delicious, it runs out fast. Anyways, my husband and I enjoyed our selection and bought some siopao, and two desserts to take home. We will definitely come back again. We live about fifty miles, but worth it.
