Let me start by saying I live 30 minutes away. After work I placed a pick up order, a simple bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I arrived home to discover they forgot my eggs. I called the store and spoke with a very apologetic and professional person by the name of Andy, who offered to remake my sandwich again if I returned that day. Again I live 30 mins away. I visit this establishment every time I visit from California, there bagels are so good and the customer service is excellent. We are always greeted with a smile. I love the breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, beef bacon on a sesame bagel. And I always get 2 dozen to take home as my carry on luggage. You won't be disappointed, the best bagels ever. I love this place, I sure wish they had a shop in California, I would be there daily. Until next time . Keep making amazing bagels.
