The Dapper Chef is both a catering chef and runs a Jamaican spot in Trenton. While I've only had the food on occasion, the variety, authenticity, and freshness is unparalleled. Writing this months later, you could taste each high-quality ingredient. The scotch bonnet pops in the j*** chicken. Hands down to you guys omg …. I got my food I felt like I was in heaven. So juicy, do melty, so good. I enjoy every bit of my juicy oxtail and rice & beans, bake Mac & cheese.

Just bought a j*** chicken with rice and peas and fried dumplings and curry chicken and rice and peas for my wife. Everything was really good. Just wish the j*** chicken was spicy and the curry chicken was cut into smaller pieces. I guess that's a New York thing. Overall though the food was delicious.
