Ordered 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches online for pickup at 10:37…oddly specific time but whatever that was the option. It’s Sunday morning so I knew it’d be busy so I show up 5-10 mins late. I’m ignored until I step right in front of an employee to ask for my order. He looks around in the back for a minute or two only to tell me they’re out of the bagel I ordered my sandwich on. Stopped into the new location today. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It was pretty busy, but the staff did an amazing job taking our orders and getting our food to us. Everyone was very friendly. The entire staff was smiling and engaged in the customer service. The variety of bagels and spread was out of this world! I will definitely visiting again! Great job Bagel University! And I can’t forget to mention the cutest bakery/ coffee shop that’s also inside!

This place is a great lunch spot. I really enjoy their tuna salad. I also got bagels and cream cheese for a meetingThey were excellent. Standouts for me were the everything bagel, the cheddar horseradish cream cheese and veggie cream cheese.
