I love Panera but this is my first time at this location and wasn’t a fan. The bread on the chipotle avocado chicken sandwich was soggy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was also cold after asking for the bread to be toasted. As for the atmosphere, a lot of the tables and chairs weren’t cleaned and made the experience sadder. I frequent this Panera Bread but not anymore! I selected the Tuna salad sandwich & Tomato soup (Duet Deal). I asked the cashier to put the Tuna salad on regular white bread which is usually no problem and I had a tooth ache and I didn't want any tough bread. The manager (Lynn) stated "you can't change the bread" which I was taken aback as the menu doesn't state what bread the Tuna salad comes with anyway. Pleasant stop with a variety of food choices for the family. Scrumptious Mexican corn chowder, filling Turkey BLT with avocado, and fresh veggie sandwich with Greek salad. Friendly service and quickly made. Clean inside with plenty of space.
