Staff is great. Came for a pick up order. I dropped my fries on the hand off. Staff came around the counter to clean my mess up and thoroughly cooked me a new order of fries. Couldn't be happier. Good workers are hard to find these days. Much appreciated.
There are a lot of good reasons to eat at a 5 Guys. I have had their food in several towns across the USA and even in Stuttgart, Germany. They make a good, always juicy burger and easily the best freshly-made fries around. Be sure to read the menu.
