Ordered a cake at this establishment and it was great. Fresh, not too sweet and very light. I would order again. The only reason I have not given more than 4 stars is because when I went to pay by debit card, they wanted to charge me a fee as if I was using a credit card. When I informed the young lady at the establishment that charging a fee for a debit card was illegal, they agreed, but had no remedy. That tells me they know what they are doing but they don't care to fix it...read full review
First time for me as I'm not from the area. I was curious since it holds itself out as a bakery and not a pastry shop. The store has a full range of bakery products, including Italian specialty items. I ordered 4 pastries: lobster claw, carrot cake, Napoleon and a rolled cinnamon doughnut stuffed with cream. Also, I ordered a seeded loaf of rye bread. The food didn't disappoint. Very good quality ingredients and variety. The rye bread was delicious.

They are actually a pretty good bakery, I’ve been there a couple of times before and I got there banana cream pie once, the fruit cake and chocolate strawberry shortcake and I would say the best thing I ever had there was probably the fruit cake, I’ll probably be going back there one day in the future if I ever want or need to get anything for occasions or just in general
