This Panera is always busy probably because it is so close to Willowbrook mall. However, despite the chaos, the service is fast and my orders are usually correct.They have a manager who reads off your order along with all your customizations at lightning speed. Kiosk-yes,fireplace-Yes,bathroom -yes ,free parking -yes ,clean- yes ,plenty of space, nice atmosphere, quickly prepared food, waiting time at 4 pm -around 5 minutes, fresh pastries and delicious salad, very nice service. Thank you .
