The food is delicious. It's a small restaurant great for take out. You may be able to enjoy a meal there but when there is a lot of orders be prepared to wait. The server tries very hard but gets over whelmed with a couple of people. I'm guessing it's normal because they aren't used to many orders at once. I heard a couple of people complaining over the wait, but he was very courteous and the food is delicious so it's worth it.

I really enjoy the food here. Any place that has Peruvian breakfast is alright in my book. The jalea - fried seafood dish, is on point. It comes in a large portion and a side of the amazing combination of red onion, cilantro and lime as many places have. I have also tried chicharron de pescado to go. I've tried almost every Peruvian Chicken place between the Holland Tunnel and the George Washington Bridge. This is hands down the best. The chicken is consistently flavorful. Most places, the flavor is limited to the skin. With Brasero, the meat itself is tasty and moist. Since I live closer to Hoboken, I always call ahead for pick up.
