Though I tried Lena Y Carbon IV because of a ceviche craving, the chicken turned out to be great also. The quarter chicken combo was far more substantial than expected, and it's great that the chaufa (fried rice) is available as one of the two sides. I'm not an ingredient expert but I think it had ginger. The green sauce was outstanding, and there was also a fine confident I can't identify - spicy, red, somewhere between pico de gallo and salsa.The mixed ceviche had a good variety...read full review
