Plates are about $13 and they will FILL YOU UP. My husband loves coming here but he has to come with me because he can't speak Spanish, haha! No worries he's good at pointing at what he wants and they bring you your food to the table. It's his favorite place to eat in the neighborhood, of course I love it too. The food here is reasonably priced and super tasty. They prepare most dishes in advance and have them in a heated buffet that they serve from. So, service is super fast. The coffee is delish!
It's usually really hard finding good Dominican food around the area, and I know cause I've been looking. Unless you go over the GW bridge into the heights, I found that other places lacked quality ingredients and flavor as the they don't really have many competitors.
