“Now while the pizza did the job, it is the customer service that really pushed me to make this review. Midche took my order over the phone and provided excellent customer service. I usually hate ordering over the phone, especially for pizza as most times I am met with rudeness and lack of patience for customers. However, I must say, in my 10+ years of ordering food Midche gave me the greatest customer service I have ever received over the phone. Her kindness and compassionate energy bursted through the phone. Everything came out just the way I asked!!“
“Please try the buffalo chicken pizza and make sure they put the blue cheese on top of it not sure where they get this blue cheese from or if they make it themselves but it is amazing I have never had Blue cheese like that ever when I go back and I will be back I need to ask them do they sell it separately LOL that's how good the blue cheese is“
“For everyone that put this place under 5 stars or 1 star let me tell you about my experience and how the pizzeria got it's new owner. Johnny's pizzeria has been around west orange for a long time until frank decided to sell the place to someone. One customer was interested about buying the place and it ended up only selling for $200 dollars! Then the new owner was Wilfredo Palta. Wilfredo Palta was a kind person who loved owning a business. He was dedicated to his new business and wanted everyone to see how nice he makes pizza. He ended up getting some employees to help out. He ended up becoming one of top ten's best pizzerias in west orange. He was really proud of his accomplishment. He owned the place for 4 years and has great customer service also I am related to the current owner!“
“I was by myself but felt like I was a part of the family while I was there. Great atmosphere. Loved the Spanish videos playing on the screen while I was dining in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them. I used to get their grilled chicken Caesar salad when I was working in the office in East Orange. Our entire office use to order from there. They have really kept up their great repoire. I look forward to going back and I've shared my experience with my social media friends and family also.Vegetarian options: They definitely have great options for vegetarians.“
“I ordered the lobster roll online in the morning for pickup at noon. I came around noon and parked in the lot next to the restaurant. My order was ready. The lobster roll was for my son's birthday. He liked the lobster roll. The roll looked like it was stuffed with a good amount of lobster meat.“
