We went to McLoone's for a 90th birthday celebration with a small group. The food was a buffet with a great assortment and an omelet station that was excellent. Our service was fantastic.
The front desk was unorganized. I had an open table reservation and we waited on line for at least 15 mins. Person at the podium walked away for many minutes and no one was seated with lots of empty tables visible. We were told we could wait in the lobby or go to the bar. Ridiculous! It was a Saturday night right before Valentines Day and they were totally unprepared. Waiters was obviously new because she told us she wasn't even sure where the water pitcher was. There was a long 20 min wait for our dinners. The place was very busy and one child just kept sreaming every 10 min. I've been to McCloones in the past and this last visit just didn't measure up to par.
