It's not bad, but it's not what it used to be. The fish is fresh but not superb, and the rice was mediocre. Some of the cooked dishes were better than the sushi. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Went for dinner 1/12 with 3 friends. Food was excellent as usual. However had the worst service ever. Waitress was too boarded to serve us. Ordered a ginger ale. She put a can on the table and walked away. A dining companion asked for sugar for her tea. After 5 requests, she finally stopped asking. Hot sizzling plates were passed over two people to serve the other 2 people. Guess it was too far to walk to the other end of the table. Such a great sushi place! They offer so many options for specialty rolls. The rolls taste great and you can always find something that matches your taste/preference. The overall atmosphere is very cozy & the booths make it easy to spend a more close-knit experience with a loved one. The staff is friendly & accommodating. The place is also BYOB. Takeout from the restaurant is really great as well.
