“Food is good and they're quick to fix mistakes. One word to the wise: employees, when someone picks up an order that was part of a MISSING order, don't make snide comments. My daughter went to pick up the items that were missing to begin when they shouldn't have been. If someone pays for an item, then don't make remarks about someone picking said item up.To the manager, thank you for your kindness and generosity. I hope it rubs off on your one employee who thought he was the one buying our food and therefore could comment on us picking it up.“
“I was told my order would be ready in 12 minutes. I stepped out side to make a call and when I went back in they gave my order to someone else because they messed up that person's order. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my order.“
“Ok.. I'll start by saying the dude that helped me was extremely polite and professional, especially to be so young and at a fast food establishment. So that was a great start. Also the chicken was hella fresh, maybe because I came so early so I got the super fresh grease for the day lol.. nonetheless it was hitting for sure. This was my daughters first time to KFC, so we got both the crispy and the original which she liked, so I'm glad this was a good batch they served up. ALSO, the kfc lemonade was maaaad good. I doubt it's real lemonade and I'm totally fine with that since I don't like pulp and actually despise it for that matter. So there's was a perfect combination of lemon flavor and sugar. Now.. the ONLY bad part about this experience is the fact that I ordered and paid for a 12 piece meal but only received 10 pieces unfortunately. Of course I didn't notice this until I got home. So that was was a big let down. Of course I wasn't going to drop back for 2 pieces of chicken, after already digging in when I noticed this miscount. Sooo I do feel semi jipped but again since my daughter liked it, I'll take the win! I'll revisit this location but just ensure I check da count before heading out!“
“I recently took advantage of a online coupon to get a free medium 2 topping pizza with a regular $10 purchase. ( Got the honey bbq chicken wings.?? ) The chicken wings were GREAT! Comes with extra bbq sauce. The pizza, however, was disappointing. The thin crust was too thin and burnt, my "extra cheese" ( in place of mushrooms...They had none ☹️) was non-existent! But...Their customer service is GREAT! When I expressed my disappointment, the issued me a 50% off my next purchase coupon to compensate. ??“
“Deninos has great pizza and is usually nice and well done. I will admit I used to love their calamari - it was nice and crispy. But over the years the have changed the recipe, now it is chewy and kinda gross. I hate to throw shade on this pizzeria because I have been going there since I was a kid but I want to leave an honest review. And I wish they would update their glasses instead. They are so small and you got to suck with these tiny red straws. I'll admit I am not a fan of that (but it is tradition). I love their pizza but I will say it used to be better than it is currently. The last time I went here was 2 years ago. It was for a family birthday party. Most of my family was surprised with how much the recipes changed. However we mostly order pizza and calamari. So I can't say how the other menu options are. All in all I will continue to go here just not as frequently as I used to. Because it is far from my home and it just isn't what it used to be.“
