I got together with a friend and we really enjoyed our early supper together. We were able to have a good visit I had pan fried cod and she had her favorite a hot turkey sandwich. Both were delicious. We will be back
Delicious as always. Good service, great atmosphere, lots of beer on tap. By far the best fish and chips in the city, there are others that come close, but every time I go to the Duke I'm reminded that none of the others are quite as good.Parking: Parking can be hard to find at times, however this is not unique to the Duke, everywhere downtown struggles with parking at times.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately being located in an older building with its entrance and bathroom...read full review

This is exactly how I pictured my Newfoundland Fish and Chip meal would be. The best fish and chip I've ever had. Service was great and friendly. Loved the atmosphere of the place. If I'm ever back here in St John's it'll be my first stop. Even beats a walleye fish fry shore lunch.
