Great service and the food was delicious. They serve large portions so we had plenty of leftovers. Our server, Jazmine, was so sweet; she was very attentive and friendly. It was busy that evening, so we also had the pleasure of meeting the very helpful and personable manager, Eric, as he was assisting with bringing the food to our table. I have tried a variety of their pasta dishes and have enjoyed all of them.
Only downside is thta the restaurant is a little on the noisy side. We visited after a day at Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National parks. The server was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. We had salad with lemon vinaigrette (very lemony an garlicky, just how I like it), roasted garlic and potato soup, stuffed mushrooms (excellent appetizer) and chicken Alfredo and split a Johnny's special. Yummy Italian food, good service, delicious from appetizer to dessert. We were seated quickly, our food orders were all correct, even with changes, and were good portions. This was our first time at a Carino’s and we would go back againKid-friendliness: All of my kids found menu items to suit them (and they are picky) and enjoyed their food.
