My wife and I went to this bakery. Very good. Very long line but definitely worth the wait. We purchased 4 items to try. All were very good. We will return after the hype of James Beard dies down.
This was our first visit, and I was amazed with the quality of the drinks and baked goods. I tried the burnt honey latte, double baked almond croissant, and pecan sweet roll. It was worth waiting in the cold weather for. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

Absolutely incredible! I arrived a little before they opened and the line was already forming...but it moved quickly and was well worth the wait! I ordered a variety of items and every one of them was amazing! Top bite was the loaf of banana bread with brûléed bananas on top The croissants were flaky, the sourdough was fresh and the cookies were perfectly sweet! This is a must try in ABQ!
