Tonite we made an (expensive) online order for ice cream delivery since we've been in COVID isolation and ice cream sounded amazing.We ordered two of the largest size creations and then paid $1.35 each for three mix in portions into each one.When the ice cream arrived, they both looked as if a worker tossed a mix in item from across the room onto the very top layer of each cup.On the left we ordered cheesecake ice cream with extra extra portions of bananas and golden Oreos. On the right we ordered vanilla ice cream with extra extra portions of hot fudge topping and bananas.I'm so incredibly disappointed with what we just received on our doorstep. Literally just threw $40 into the trash can because neither of these "creations" is what we created.We could have done this ourselves with the ice cream from our freezer. So lame.The manager of this location needs to spend more time training their employees, especially in the knowledge that when people order their ice cream through delivery service they are paying ALOT more for it, and therefore it should be exactly how they ordered it.This will be the last time we give our money to this location of Cold Stone. GROSSLY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.

I would have given 1 star, but the employee was lovely and none of the issues are on her. The store smelled badly of a dirty bathroom. I had to hold my breath and was concerned about the food I was picking up. Had I not already prepaid online, I would have just left. The store is falling into disrepair. It's exactly the same as it was 20 years ago, t seems like no upkeep has been done. No new furniture, so it's very worn, walls could use paint, they have chunks missing. The floor was wet, which, combined with the smell was very suspicious. I will not be visiting this location again.

A great location, fun concept and a show! A just in case my doctors happen to come across this feed, I won't say what I had, but my daughter had her customized flavors folded into a cup, and it was all delicious! Pro tip here, if you are in a hurry use the phone ahead option.

Veterans Day 2023, I am active duty service member walk into the store and there is a huge line and I decide to call the store to see if they offer a Veterans Day deal before I stand in the long line. I watch an employee walk over to the phone and unplug it. I then asked an employee to talk to the man who unplugged the phone and we walked over to me as he rolled his eyes and said "what do you want ? I told him I saw him unplug the phone. His name is Gabe , wears a hat on uniform and has arm tattoos , I hope the manger sees message so other veterans or customers are not treated with a rude demeanor.

We've been coming here once a week for over a year. Never once had a bad experience. Great flavors and great service! Nicole is especially exceptional though. Always happy to see her and she knows we always ask for extra whipped cream on top. :)

Got the cheesecake ice cream with raspberries. The smallest size is all you need. The man behind the counter was all by himself less than an hour before close on a Thursday night. One employee should not be doing everything, especially that late at night in ABQ. It’s not efficient, and it’s not safe. Coldstone, treat your employees better!!! But this young man did his absolute best, even with customers pouring in and a line out the door. The five stars are for this young man and for the tasty ice cream.

The first thing I noticed when walking in was an odd smell of rotten dairy. The place looked relatively clean but the smell was pretty bad. The ice cream was good and the girls behind the counter were friendly and helpful but it was hard to get past the odor.

This was the worst visit every!!! My husband wanted a waffle cone with plain vanilla. They were out of waffle cones, their excuse was that it was national ice cream day the day before. Not sure why they did not make fresh ones that morning?? So my husband asked for a sugar cone instead. The girl seemed so put out by this request. She scooped up one very small scoop & seemed angry when he asked for another scoop. I ordered a Love It Founders Favorite. Before I could ask for a waffle bowl, she put it in a regular cup. When she rang us up, she charged us for my love it, a kids cone, & a like it build your own...when I questioned her, she said it was because he got 2 scoops. So he 2 very small scoops on a sugar cone ended up costing more than mine???!!!! I also mentioned to her that she never even asked if I wanted a waffle bowl...her excuse was "it's busy". 2 groups/families had come in behind us & I think it flustered her!! The manager was there but she didn't help out except to make excuses for why they were too lazy to make fresh waffle cones that dayI will never visit this location again!! We typically go in at least once a month after going to a movie or dinner, or to take our son out for an after school snack. I will now either pick a different location or a different brand all together!!

What happened? Went on a Saturday afternoon. Out of alot of products; Sprinkled dipped waffle bowls,all of the dipped bowls were "not available", sorbet ice cream, 3 of the ice cream flavors were empty. The trash outside was literally overflowing with trash. Tried to sit outside and eat but the smell of trash was gaging. So we just left.

Too warm inside and smells of a weird mix of spoiled milk and vomit. Quite dirty, no one around to wipe tables, chairs, or floor. Also very expensive, over $6 for a small bowl.Ice cream itself is good, but not worth the price or putting up with the dirty smelly environment.

Cold Stone is always great. The ice cream is so creamy. I wish they had more dairy free options but the one they have is delicious. Today is was super busy but they were productive.
