Stopped here for a late lunch on our way to Arizona! When you walk in it smells of sweet cinnamon! Then you see all the baked sweets! Yum! We had sandwiches and they were delicious along with the fresh brewed flavored teas! The staff was so nice! We bought some sweets for the road!

We used their easy online ordering system and picked up at their counter just inside the front door. Service was excellent, friendly. Just figure that order requests should leave an extra 30 minutes for pickup , especially at busy times. The pastrami sandwich was our favorite, as well as their pizzas with excellent crusts and fresh vegetables on top. Very tasty pastries, so bring some home for breakfast next morning. An easy 20 minute walk from old town if you don’t have a car, Outdoor dining available in front on a quiet street. Good parking lot available.

This place didn’t disappoint. It’s a small, neighborhood bakery that serves pastries, cookies, empanadas, salad and pizza. The blue mess crust was delish as was everything really. Very little seating here, a few tables along the wall inside and several tables outside with dogs welcome. It was a great meal.

Great sandwiches. Wonderful pizza. The blue corn meal crust pizza is marvelous. Super nice folks. Very cool outside dining patio as well. The biscochitos are wonderful too. This place knows what they're doing, and they're doing it very well!

My fiancé and I stayed at a VRBO directly across the street and were excited to visit here. Unfortunately, we showed up right when they opened so there wasn’t any green chile bread to try so we just bought a couple empanadas and 2 types of cookies. My favorite was the lemon empanada. We came back again a few days later, no bread so we didn’t get to try it, but the young lady working the counter was wonderful and welcoming. Hopefully next time we’ll get to try it.

Can't say enough good things about this bakery! The pastries were excellent; I had a seasonal pumpkin pastry that was wonderfully flakey. I also spotted their lavender cloud tea latte, which was heavenly. The owner took several minutes to greet us and explain the background of the bakery and show us the kitchen. The patio was lovely. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Our family of 4 recently had the pleasure of enjoying the delicious treats made by their very dedicated bakers. the fruit empanadas are so flaky and delicious. And their house made sandwiches on chile bread were exceptional. As this was our first meal, lunch, just after landing @ ABQ, and set the tone for a great time in Santa Fe and northern New Mexico.

Delicious pizza and fun outside seating area. The bakery items smelled yummy too but we had our fill with the pizza and had to skip. Hope to be back soon!

After that Facebook rant, I won't be going back. You must to know that without your customers, you don't have a business, treat all customers with the understanding that they may be tired and frustrated as we all are. A little kindness goes a long way. I understand you sticking up for your employees, but there's a right way and a wrong way to handle rude customers. And if you don't take phone orders, say so on every media site, your website, etc. You've also known for a very long time that our summers are hot. You're just now thinking of getting A/C? And you raise your prices because of that? Or is it to pay for that pricey hit air balloon?

I have always loved this unique place. I moved away and had not been there in over 6 years. When I got to go there in June, the first thing I said was that it was just as good as ever. Lots of Mexican baked goods you cannot find any where else. Also always fresh. You will not be disappointed/1

Loved the green chili pastry and the guava pastry ... stick with these choices! The other options did not have as much flavor.

The combination pizza with a green chile crust was definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Apricot empanada, wedding cookies and cappuccino biscochitos were also terrific with coffee the next morning. I couldn't get the green chile bread this time, but if you haven't tried it, it is a must. Social distancing was in effect and after I ordered, my food was brought to my car. No trip to Albuquerque is complete without a stop here!

Good, not great. Pizza was good but nothing too special. Pastries were very dry. Tried the empanada and green Chile twist

We stopped around lunch time for carry out. We ordered a medium 1/2 cheese 1/2 sausage pizza with the peasant crust, half salad with chicken, roast beef sandwich and I ordered a Mexican hot chocolate with double shot of espresso (so so delicious)! My 11 year old daughter said “I’m not a fan of pizza but this is really good. It’s literally the best pizza I’ve ever had”. My 8 yo and 5 yo agreed. The salad and sandwich were nothing out of the ordinary but were fresh and delicious. Service was efficient and quick. We were just passing through but if we lived close by, we would be back!

We visited golden crown after the suggestion from our bike tour guide and we are so glad we did! the green chili pizza crust was one of the best we have ever had which we enjoyed with local beers. We even got cookies just for coming in which was a nice bonus! Everyone there was very kind and wearing masks, we felt very safe the whole time and hope to come back on our next visit.
