Domino's Pizza in Albuquerque

“I'm not going to give a bad review because the pizza is usually good and the drivers do a good job.But I do have a big gripe about the cost. So a free pizza plus a another small plain pizza comes out to 26 dollars then you have a ridiculous 5 dollar fee, that really eats into the tip but I'm not going to deprive the driver of tips because of this ridiculous free. And that's part of why people do the pizza delivery jobs knowing the risk of driving a lot. I know from Reddit circles that the franchises only reimburse at most 55 cents a mile. My house is 2.4 miles from the location so a 5 mile round trip that is $2.75 and I know I'm not going to be the only person on the trip so the actual amount being charged per customer for a delivery fee isn't really going to be that full amount of $2.75 of the 5 dollar delivery fee. And certainly not for insurance which is pennies per trip. This feels like it's just another way to rip off customers when my $25 dollar order comes out to 39 dollars which is 50% cost ontop the actual meal value including a 5 dollar tip, taxes and delivery fee. These drivers aren't making 3 dollars an hour like servers are restaurants do either. From what I hear they are making at least minimum wage or up 12.50 an hour?? Stop price gouging customers or actually increase the prices of the food to stop misleading customers about the actual cost. Why are we still getting gouged for delivery fees???“

“Ordered myself food for the Super Bowl ?! (Pizza and Wings) Very nice on the phone and went over the location to make sure I was ordering from the correct Domino's. Pizza ready when I got there. Very friendly Staff. Food was delicious ??“

“I have always kept my expectations low when ordering fast food, but I always receive quality food from this location. The manager Addi is extraordinary, she has gone out of her way for me and my wife on multiple occasions.Kid-friendliness: Has steps for your kid to watch as they make your pizza“

“I don’t really understand how or why, but the pizza at this location is always freakishly delicious. I’ve had Dion’s, Pizza 9, and other great local places. But somehow I find myself enjoying this domino’s the most. It doesn’t make sense to me to be honest, but I won’t question it because it’s always stellar. “Top notch service here, ordered two large pizzas for delivery the other day as i was passing through, they said 30-40 minutes, no joke 20 minutes later i had my pizzas in hand! Plus they delivered them to me at the truck stop without issue! Keep up the great work folks!!“

“The two ladies that were there today are absolutely amazing. Willing to go an extra mile to make things right. I've never had an experience like this at this location until today. “Even though this location isn't in the best location, I think it's got some of the sweetest employees. They're hard working and probably put up with a lot more than the employees from other locations and they still do their best to smile and treat the customers kindly. Thanks for all you do for us!!! “The place was way behind, Isaac was working alone, dealing with rude customers, an hour behind. He showed true dedication and work ethic. We could all use a guy like that working for and with us. The pizzas didn't take terribly long and they were hot and delicious.“

“Really like the pizza and the pasta. The roast beef sandwich, not so much, literally not so much. Ordered two, one extra cheese, extra meat, the other regular. There was no difference. Wife and I each ate half of each, neither of us could tell any difference. It seemed like both were easy meat, easy cheese. So, I ordered another, again extra meat and extra cheese. Again, light meat, light cheese. So, I guess that's the sandwich, a very small amount of meat, a very small amount of cheese. So, if you're looking for a sandwich, keep looking. Stick with the pizza or the pasta.“

“Good pizza. Easy, fast and good. Their online ordering app is amazing. Makes the ordering process quick and fast. Very convenient for people that are on a tight schedule. Never had any issues with the quality of the food. The pizza and subs are always made to perfection.“

“Did the carry out special with the 2 pizza 2 toppings for a great price. The place had relocated just north behind Wendy’s. Pizza was ready and I was helped by an older lady who was fantastic at getting me in and out as their main door was broken.Great pizza and cooked to perfection. Saved a lot of it in a few containers and continued eating till it was all gone. Put them in a toaster oven like bread and they come out great.“

“Yesterday we came in and ate dinner in the lobby. While we were leaving, my nonverbal toddler was desperately waving goodbye. When I was verbalizing for him (bye bye! Ok, byeee), the entire staff happily turned, waved, and told him bye bye. It was just really kind and I really appreciated it.“

“My old location before we moved. Nice and very clean inside, people were business as usual and I was in and out quickly. Thin crust with Alfredo sauce(no red sauce), beef and black olive. Got two medium cause one for two people isn't enough. Tater tot amount was very small and looked nothing like the picture, (flavor was good). I should have taken a picture. “Love the space was kinda difficult to get to the parking due to one way in, another out. The staff were very friendly got to sit inside and wait for my order. Had my daughter with me and she enjoyed watching them prepare the pizzas and talked with the staff. They thanked us for being their audiences. And we were on our way. Definitely like coming to this domino’s location.“

“I haven't used Dominos I don't think ever. But probably because of all the commercials I decided to try it out. I like the order software but there is a big flaw. While ordering a Gluten free pizza I opted for medium. I found out after calling to question if it was Gluten free or not, I was informed it was not as Domino's does not sell anything but small Gluten free pizzas. The software let me think I was getting a medium Gluten free pizza. This is of course a corporate fail not a local fail. Ordering was easy and pizza delivered very quickly. It was hot and had all the requested toppings. I am pleased with my first try with Domino's and assure everybody out there it won't be my last!“
