Horrible customer service. Winners were rude and unprofessional. No paper towels in the one bathroom that worked which was the men's. No napkins, no limes when asked for an extra. The tacos came with a quartered lime that cost $15 for 3 tacos. No sides included. Not sure how a business functions when they're out of everything. Only getting one start because I had to choose one. I would give them none.

Very disappointed. They advertise 3 vegan/vegetarian protein options yet we’re completely out of all 3 somehow at noon on a Saturday. Since my party I was with already ordered I decided to still order and got a bean and rice burrito with cotija. It was probably the most bland thing I have ever eaten at a restaurant, and there was little to no cotija. Also, there’s a sign on the wall that says complimentary chips and salsa, but we did not get them until we asked. Would not recommend this place.

Not impressed. Got the family pack. Beans tasted like out of a can, rice had no real flavor.. carne asada was just little flavorless squares. The shredded chicken was the best part but unappetizing after a few tacos. The Chips were bomb I will admit that, served with cheese. I had a side of consume and it was thick and salty…. Honest review is go to Changos Rio Rancho for Birra and Asada!

Incredibly disappointed in this. The food is overpriced and very boring. Got some tacos, two were carne adovada, the third was al pastor. To start, the tortillas were overcooked. They were dry and cracking and had almost no flavor. As far as the meat goes, the carne adovada was underseasoned other than clove, which dominated the flavor. The al pastor tasted like it was just cooked in sugar water and nothing more - way too sweet. The sides were also very bland. The Spanish rice tasted like Minute Rice and the refried beans were like eating slime. I know everyone raves about the birria here and I would've tried it but I couldn't stomach paying $5 per taco to get birria when I could spend $2 per taco at a food truck for something likely more authentic and better tasting. There are dozens of better taco places here in Albuquerque and almost all of them are cheaper.

I do not recommend the chicken & cilantro rice at all, it was too salty and looked so unappetizing. This shredded chicken and 2 tacos cost me $25… not worth it at all.

Had a great experience here! The tacos birria was off the hook, keep in mind you will pay a little extra for that. My friend had the other tacos that are flat, the juices from the meat soaked through, so if that bothers you, you might want to ask them to double up on the tortilla. It doesn't seem like there's air conditioning, so it was a little warm but not that uncomfortable for me. The kitchen was a little smoky so if you plan to sit there for a while, your eyes may burn from the smoke but you could sit outside if you want to as they have a small outdoor patio. They seem to be limited on carne asada as well as the tiramisu and the tres leches, and I think it's due to a shortage on ingredients. Either way I would recommend this place, was very yummy!

Super expensive. We spent $30 for 6 tacos split between 2 of us and a tiny smattering of (cold) rice and beans (serving for only 1 person). That's it. Tap water for drinks and not even any chips or salsa. The food itself tasted pretty good. My birria tacos were tasty but the $15 I spent on just 3 tacos and NO SIDES was a touch on the ridiculous side. The wife's ground beef and shredded chicken tacos were just ok. The chicken was super dry and had just ok flavor. Nothing really popped.

*****MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW***(( I was excited! I've driven by, and have seen their coupons and wanted to try it for a minute....... Without being too much of a Debbie Downer, this was the most blaise burrito I've ever had, including those in my high school cafeteria. The beans and rice were smashed into a paste, and while the chicken was hot and moist, it had absolutely no flavor. The salsa didn't help, as it tasted like canned Old El Paso salsa from the 80s. The queso was.... melted velveeta. Nothing else. No seasoning, no extras. The best thing about the meal were the chips, which were flour, not corn. I didn't even finish, per the second picture. Overall? 1 out of 10. I'm bummed. I had high hopes. At least the music was good, though the service wasn't.

I was really happy with my order! I had Door Dash deliver some chicken tacos and even the chips were still hot. They did not skimp on the meat portions and all the flavors were really nice. Great Mexican style.
