I usually go to the one on Unser by Westside and they always make my sandwich perfect I went to this Einstein bagels and it was the worst sandwich I've ever had been served at Einstein's bagels like God how hard is it to make a sandwich get a different sandwich maker today is February 19th the time is 10:10 a.m. the green chile bagel was burnt and I didn't even find my bacon on my farmhouse don't go to this Einsteins. I said no peppercorn smear add Mayo and you can tell that they put peppercorn smear on it and try to wipe it off and cover it with mayo you guys suck

Horrible experience they forgot my coffee and tried to insist I didn’t pay for it because I didn’t have the receipt. I asked them to look for my order as I had placed it within 5 minutes of not receiving my coffee. The employees were very rude about it and finally gave us our horrible coffee after 10 minutes of not being able to locate the receipt. And did not want to toast a bagel for us just poor unorganized service and ridiculously priced food unenjoyable and definitely not where I would consider spending 40$ for breakfast again I will say after speaking to the GM she rectified the experience which changes my overall review but still was an uncomfortable experience.

The workers are so rude we got a coffee and they forgot to give it to us than when we asked they didn't want to give it to us like as if we didn't pay they acted rude we asked to toast our bagels just horrible service really upsetting probably won't come back to this

Customer service was horrible. The two woman behind the counter aren’t very professional or pleasant. Very slow paced and do not communicate well. The bagel, and the coffee were cold. Coffee containers were all empty. People were waiting for them to refill the coffee; one girl wasn’t very friendly about it after she was asked “can we get some hot coffee” she was very rude. Hopefully they can get it together because it’s really went down.

How hard is it to get a bagel right? The employees are either dumb or just plain mean. Gave me a cinnamon bagel with onion and chive shmear instead of a green chile bagel. It was even highlighted on the receipt!

One of the older Ladies was on her phone, places it on the ground while wearing her gloves and then proceeds to start grabbing the sliced bagels with the same glove that touched the ground. She gets up and starts working on other orders with the same gloves, then goes back to pick up her phone from the ground and wipes the dirt off it and still doesn’t change her gloves. I understand y’all are busy but cleanliness is huge. No one wants dirt and crumbs from the floor on their food just because you couldn’t take a second to get clean gloves.

They are only getting four stars because my girlfriend wanted the apple fritter bagel that they no longer offer. However we were able to find several bagels that we did enjoy they were all very tasty.The customer service was on point The store was clean, and will lit.
