Terrible experience, waited over 45 min for 2 sandwiches. I seen 6-7 people after me come and go with there meals yet I was left unattended too with my 2 kids waiting for there food. Then the clueless clerks took another 10 minutes trying to figure out how to give me a refund. Never going back again. Totally unprofessional and completely clueless . Thanks for nothing .

I love coming here! The fact that I never get what I ordered really keeps me on my toes and I love it when they keep me guessing by never actually having anything in stock! Luckily, I’m NOT a person who enjoys pleasant customer service. I even enjoy the way they throw your food order at you, it really keeps your reflexes in check. I would definitely suggest coming here if you would like some more aggravation in your life, or if your day hasn’t been quite a stressful as you normally like it to be.

My girlfriend and I visit this location pretty frequently, there’s almost always a younger lady with black hair working the register who always greets us and serves us with a good attitude. However, today when I went in, I was told to wear a mask, I didn’t have one with me and wasn’t provided with one either, when I explained that to the lady working I was told rudely that I need to sit outside and wait for my order, keep in mind it’s absolutely none of her business whether or not I wear a mask. However I waited outside, got my order, when I received my order the younger lady that took my order brought it out to me and told me to have a nice day. My sandwich was thrown together, seriously it was just a ball of toppings in the paper. There was hardly any cream cheese on most of my bagels, there was paper on two of my bagels and my chai tea latte tastes like hot water with no flavor. I do not appreciate this in any way. The lady who dealt with us like this was blonde with an undercut and had glasses, I didn’t catch her name. The other one however was kind and friendly. I worked customer service and register for many years, i understand what people that work in that field have to deal with, it sucks sometimes and we have bad days because of it. However, taking it out on your customers and throwing my order together with an attitude is not how you deal with those situations. Like I said we did not appreciate the service we received from the blonde lady and we will not be returning to your store.

This place is Horrible and the employees obviously know there is a hiring crisis because they have No fear of being rude and dismissive to customers once they have paid. I would be Embarrassed as manager but Stacy on duty didn't have a problem. Friday December 10th at 9:15 am they took my order and only gave me 2 sides of cream cheese...I waited while they took care of other people until obvious they were not going to give me my 3 gourmet bagles and I just paid over $10 PLUS TIP (Paid at register before I was ignored) for 2 sides of cream cheese. When I brought it to their attention there was No apology just attitude! As If I WERE IN THE WRONG FOR WANTING WHAT I paid for! THE GM NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS SITE AND STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER CARE OR IT WILL BE JUST ANOTHER FAILING BUSINESS SOON!

Use to be my location for bagels. Now I instead travel into the Rio Rancho area and visit their other location. I didn't appreciate being scolded into wearing a mask. I'm an essential provider and have been out here during this whole pandemic and have no symptoms of this so called virus.

Came here to redeem my $2.00 off any sandwich. Had a payment issue and it was resolved promptly after getting in touch on their website. Did the survey and got three free fresh baked bagels. Green Chile, spinach, and 6 cheese. My boyfriend thought the green Chile could've been in the bagel batter itself versus just on top.

It's ok. You can't sit inside and they are usually short staffed. I will try them again and hopefully get a better experience.

Very sad and frustrating experience at this Einsteins Bagels. The little dred lock manager or supervisor made it a point to hold his ground not wanting to take the hundred dollar bill I was trying to pay with. He made reference to a little sign that was on the door when you walk in. Nothing on the counter while you pay for your bagels or product until he moved the sign from the door to the counter. I bought $78.00 worth of product and he still would not budge. I like this chain. But I did not like this particular store and definitely will take my every Friday bagel purchase somewhere else. I usually come at least once a week I order online and do the pick up. Today I ordered a coffee the turkey bacon sandwich and avocado toast. When she brought me the order she didn’t have my drink and I asked for it, she said the coffee machine wasn’t working and started walking away. I was like well can I be refunded and can I get the chips that come with the sandwich she walked away and came back with the chips and the money and I said thank you and she just walked away. I am now home looking at my order. The toast is just half smashed avocado on the bagel thrown in the box I mean there’s more avacado on the box then on my bagel. And the sandwich doesn’t have lettuce, tomato or the Mayo that’s supposed to be there. Terrible service and terrible food for what I just paid. Very disappointed.
