What a great find while visiting Abq. We shared a pizza and some cookies. Both excellent. The best part though- was the friendly staff of the bakery. Really enjoyed our visit.

It breaks my heart to give them this review because they were my favorite place, but not once, not twice, but THREE times I've ordered from them, PAID, and still watch them sell the items I purchased to another customer in front of me. Yesterday 3/16/24 I once again tried to give them another chance and purchased 2 loafs of green chile bread online and while I was waiting a guy cut in front of me and purchased the last loaf. Before they gave it to him they had a whole conversation about how it had been claimed but they had screwed up because it was supposed to be 2 not one and they checked the vending machine and no that was the last one. As I said, I was standing right there. So I got concerned and started to interject because surely they weren't talking about my oder that I placed over a half an hour ago, but they disregarded me and told me they'd be right with me. They ended up giving the man the last loaf who quickly scurried away and my phone began to ring from them. I tried to get the guys attention that I was standing right there and he continued to ignore me. Finally I was called to the counter to collect my order and they apologized and said they tried to call me but there was an error on their site and they were out of bread for the day and I snapped no I saw the whole thing and I watched them give my bread to another gentleman. The guy then got defensive and said well as I can see they were busy? That the girl didn't see my ticket and I must have ordered at the same time. I then argued no, I had ordered and paid over 45 minutes ago and I witnessed the whole conversation and when I tried to interject I was told to wait my turn. He rolled his eyes and ask what I wanted to do. And I ask if I could at least get my money back.I understand they're busy but this has happened to me 3 times and they never take accountability and always act like your the problem that they messed up. Besides you can't take people's money and be annoyed that they want it back when you can't provide the product!

Our first time here, and we really enjoyed the experience. The guy that took our order was so friendly and helpful. We chose the regular crust but will definitely be going back to try our pizza on the blue corn crust. Pizza was cooked perfectly ? The blue corn biscochito has easily become a favorite. Pretty cool concept to serve pizza at a Mexican bakery!

This is the kind of restaurant you want to support, Albuquerque! It’s local, has been in business for a while, the food is delicious and healthy, and these people take so much pride and put so much love in what they do, you can’t help but love them back. My husband and I had the pleasure to chat with Mr. Morales and it was uplifting. So much energy and passion! We will keep coming here!

The empanadas were really good, but their dessert options were extremely limited when we went, so I really didn’t feel like I could try anything.
Love the biscochitos, especially the chocolate ones. Had a great sandwich, too.Parking: The parking lot is tiny, but I have always found parking.
