Freaky Fast? Anything but. After waiting 1 hr 15 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. All I asked for was an ETA and to confirm that the order had been made and was on its way. The first person on the phone was dismissive and after ONE follow up question, I was handed to the GM. (I did not ask for this to happen, nor was I angry on the phone.) The GM blamed “the economy” and said the driver left 40 minutes earlier with 7 orders, then hung up the phone.
Can’t speak to the food as I haven’t eaten yet but felt the need to review due to the staff. We did an online order for a group the day before pickup. Upon pickup they chewed us out for not giving them a 24 hr notice which they admitted is not something that is asked of the costumer anywhere. They also chewed us out for not leaving a tip for our pickup order and gave indication we may not even get our food without it. Not even close to acceptable .
