Went to get dinner at 7:30 PM and the doors were locked. Hours say they are open until 9. This is not the first time this has happened to me. This store seems to close whenever they want. I see a lot of other reviews that say the same but it looks like the feedback isn’t getting to the store or the company doesn’t care.

Did a online order at 5 pm to be picked up at 6:17 pm. Went to restaurant and they were closed and my card was charged for an order I did not receive. I will not be going back to ljs at all. Owner needs to shut down online ordering when they are closed. Let's see how long it will take for my refund. Very disappointed.

Whats up with Long Johns Silvers on Central NW?I ordered online for pick up. The hours of operation said they were open till 10 pm but the doors were locked at 7:30 pm, with people still inside. I tried to call, but no answer, I tried again the next day and still no answer. I went to get my refund after trying to call all day like 8 times and no answer, the managers excuse was she wasn't working last night. As I was waiting for my refund receipt the person at the counter said to another customer that it was takeout only. I told that lady that this restaurant is horrible, trying to tell their customers how to eat their food in a setting that has tables. The girl at the counter told me not to speak to the customers. I told her to keep their restaurant open and ready for service and we won't be complaining. Its sad that this location has staffing issues. Its always a bad leader/company that is to blame!!

Lost out on $90.00 not sure what’s going on although this is Albuquerque what can we expect…Be careful and order at your own risk because now I am out 90$ and no food.

We ordered online and the money was taken out of my account but when we got to the restaurant to pick up our order they were closed. I've been trying to call to get my money back and nobody answers. I will be reaching out to corporate. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!

This one is the worst move ever been in. It seemed like the grease hadn't been changed in a few years. Just awful I'll never go there
I know this location, I go here about once a month. So I know to order online so that you don't have a long wait time. Don't get me wrong, you still have a wait time, but it's not as long. Well on 1/9 I made a $70 order and it had a pick up time of about 15 min from the time I made it. That should of tipped me off, but I thought I was just lucky. When I got there the lady who was smoking outside threw it out and ran back in. When I got up to the doors I found them locked. I called to ask about my order and the phone was picked up and hung up on a couple of time. I finally called all the long john silvers and could only get the Santa Fe location to answer to which they responded to call a local location and when I said no one answers he said "well we are al busy, we can't be answering when we are" I let him know that this location is not busy due to the doors being locked. I was given the number to district manager. She was nice and said she stopped the transaction and said she would still give us the order for the inconvenience. lastly, I tried to write a review from the conformation e-mail to let them know what happened and it is a dead link they send you. Not helpful. I'll update when/if I ever get the order I was told I can still pick up.

This place is way out of control and sucks..i ordered a sampler plate it comes with a side so i said i wanted coleslaw . and when the food came it tasted like stale .. old dirty cooking oil. And my coleslaw wasnt there ..so i went back up and told him. So then he says oh um were out of coleslaw and do u want something else? So i said id take some rice. So i sat and waited. Then a few minutes later he comes with some corn ..im like that's corn. Not rice. Anyways when he finally brought rice it was not just cooked. It was straight out of the refrigerator and it was in a tiny cup. They didn't even warm it up at all.. i dont even want to give 1 star. If you're hungry i wouldnt recommend there

Very disgusted and I WILL NOT be back to this location. Staff allowed a homeless man to refill his bottle with Soda and the man drank from his bottle several times while filling it up. His bottle was tall and the soda spout was INSIDE the bottle's mouth piece. I alerted a staff member but seems like they allow this often because the man asked for closing time so he can come back for a refill before they closed.
