Very friendly staff. Service was good. Food was very disappointing. Food tasted old and dried out, tortilla chips were burnt. I have been a Los Cuates customer for a long time. The food has gotten so bad. It was my favorite place to eat, but not anymore. I wish Los Cuates could get back to caring about the food again.

One tortilla for 2 plates of fajitas...it was 830 no one would answer the to go phone, now I know why.....no one wanted to prepare a customers food, because they wanted to go home....and all I got was 1 tortilla, what happened to your restaurant and caring employees??
DeAndre was an awesome server who handled our party of 7 while serving several other big parties at the same time. We had several picky eaters with us and he handled the requests like a champ! Great job!

The food was very bland. The salsa was sweet. ? The green chili was to hot to enjoy. I could never understand why people make the chili so hot. I like to be able to taste & enjoy my food not burn my mouth when eating it. It's a bit pricey. My plate was 15$ and there wasn't much food on it. I was there for a birthday party. I won't go back on my own.
