The quality of authentic New Mexican food is excellent as usual. The service was fast even the chips and salsa were freshly made along with the piping hot sopapillas. My daughter had a cheeseburger my wife had a combination platter and I had the carne adovada plate. There is just something different about New Mexico's Mexican food. The native American spice influence certainly contributes to this unique cuisine, and Los Cuates captures the taste of New Mexico perfectly.Their food is spicy but delicious.
