Los Primos just got started, then Covid hit. Yet the family persevered by pure grit and perseverance. Their building has become welcoming, and their regular customer base has grown, and continues to grow. It has all the advantages that come with a mom & pop operation. When we came in today, pop, also the cook, called out from the kitchen "how're you doing?" And mom, at the counter "don't mess with me today, I'm frazzled:" it's like the name implies: Los Primos - the close family....read full review
I love this place. The food is consistently good. Great Mexican food at a great price. Dare I say it is better than Little Anita's, or Garcias, or just about any other Mexican place in the 505? It is reminiscent of the places down in Juarez, El Paso, and Las Cruces. Hands down fantastic.

This place is awesome. The chef provides a variety of excellent Mexican food. We're talking steaks, burritos, tamales, even gorditas. Why not try the chimichanga plate? Not like any other in the ABQ.Mexico Verdad ??????????
