People just don't care now days and this location needs people who care, and the service could use some serious improvements.. waited a long time for a online order which took me 20 just to get there and it still wasn't ready. No one manning the front counter for 10-15 minutes and their buddy comes waltzing in steps in from of everyone and says hi to everyone while throwing fingers at employees in a kidding way but unprofessional behavior and must have been another employee off...read full review
Half of my order was wrong, got none of the right sauces, and received cold food. Ordered a large drink and received a medium. Whoever was taking orders for the opening shift also had a horrible attitude.
It took them three tries to make a hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot and whip. I ordered it on my phone, but they gave me an iced drink instead. When I mentioned it was supposed to be hot, they asked me to pull up. After waiting for 10 minutes, I parked and a lady brought out another coffee, once again, not what I ordered.
