This wasn't my favorite visit, I've had better. I agree with the other reviewers that the girls working here could use some customer service training and etiquette. Also, the last couple of times I came to this location, I noticed that the food was lukewarm. It seemed like the staff was struggling a bit to keep up with orders, even though there weren't a lot of customers. I have a feeling that this location is going downhill. The portions were good size though, I'll give them that at least.

Ordered a family meal & 2 sides $49.29 .Served the food to my family & my grandson took a few bites of his & he bit into his orange chicken & felt something hard!!! It was a large package staple !No one wanted to eat aftet that !! DISGUSTING! Also good thing my 5 yr. Old grandson wasn't the one who got it in his chicken. My daughter also ordered her family dinner there she pucked up both orders & ALL OF US GOT SICK. We've been up most of the night glued to the restroom. Last time we're ordering from this establishment!! UPDATE: STILL SICK , CAN'T KEEP ANYTHING DOWN! MANAGEMENT DIDN'T REACH OUT !

The girl working drive thru has no customer service skills. She became annoyed when I was checking my order at the window. It seemed like I was an inconvenience and told to move forward ?. I had to remind her about the drink she forgot. Then she wants to comment to her male co-worker who is staring like I was in the wrong. What’s the problem with wanting to make sure the order is complete?

Joaquin, from the Coors branch, has an excellent attitude, exceptional customer service. I think they should do it manager, I can tell you that he can handle staff and treats them very well. I have visited this place and he is one of the best in attitude.

I just ordered take out form this location and asked for a two item entree with double orange chicken. After ordering I noticed that fresh chicken was coming up. I asked the employee (Laina) for the fresh chicken and she audibly sighed. I watched her as she transferred the old chicken to the pan of fresh chicken and she separated the older chicken. She then proceeds to pour my to go order and STILL scoops up the older chicken and mixes it with the fresh chicken. When I told her I wanted all fresh she said she “had to mix it like that” Absolutely absurd. She rambled on about food cost and having to throw away food because they are slow at this location. Well. Now I understand why. They will be one customer slower because I’m not going back. Half of my food was so cold I couldn’t eat it. I tried to call the manager but he told this same employee to tell me he was busy and they could call me back. No thank you. I’m good. Terrible that a customer can’t ask for fresh food and when you do, they ignore your request. Horrible customer service.

This time around was a much better experience. Not sure if its due to going in rather than the drive thru. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs a s customers. The sweet fire chicken breast did not have mich flavor nor did the chow mein.

It doesn't matter which Panda Express me and my son frequent. The outcome is always the same. Excellent. They never skimp out on the portions when the employees are preparing the meal. Panda Express is always a great choice for delicious food.

Ordered 4 Teriyaki Chicken Bowls. Got them home and there were no veggies! Just hard white rice and 3 slices of chicken. This store us sub par. This is the first time I've ever seen this standard dish so poorly presented.

What a wonderful experience at the Panda Express Coors & La Orilla in Albuquerque! After patronizing more than 6 different locations, I can say with certainty that this is, by far, the best, cleanest, and most welcoming restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and my takeout order was ready ahead of schedule.I had the pleasure of chatting with the charming manager, Kimberly, about an issue with the Panda Express app that was preventing me from redeeming my Apple Pie roll reward. She scanned my rewards code, reviewed my account, and confirmed that the reward should have been available. Kimberly promptly resolved the issue and handed me a freshly prepared cinnamon-covered egg roll filled with apple pie compote, like an apple pie churro, but just the right size!As I left, I was thanked for visiting the restaurant, and I can't help but mention how spotless both the restaurant and the parking lot were. I hope other local locations take this one as a management role model. An exceptional place that deserves endless praise! Thank you, Panda Express Coors & La Orilla in Albuquerque.
