We just ate there for lunch today. The food was good. I ordered the rare steak pho. The noodles were a lil hard at first but they eventually softened up. When we were done I went the the restroom and it was NOT clean at all! I had to wipe the toilet before sitting down and there were finger nail clippings on the floor. Pretty disgusting.they say you can tell how clean the kitchen is by the cleanliness of the restroom. YUK! If that’s the case I don’t ever want to eat there again.

Best noodle bowls around specifically because they are made with very fresh greens and the whole dish just tastes fresh. I have a lot of noodle bowls across town and these are my favorite.Pho is also the best. I eat with a picky Pho guy who absolutely loves it down to the tenderness of meat in the Pho.This is our new weekly haunt for lunch.UPDATE: 12/23 — under-seasoned chicken, cold and slightly overcooked noodles, underwhelming and disappointing. Ugh. Hopefully not a permanent change.

A group of us had dinner at Pho Kobe on a Saturday night around 6:30PM. I am a vegetarian and I was easily able to find many options. On this particular night, I opted for the Pho Chay and modified it to Mien Chay. My dinner companions had various pork and beef dishes, which looked good and they said that they enjoyed them. There is definitely something for everyone here and they have fast, friendly service in a no-frills atmosphere, with reasonable prices. Recommended and I can't wait to go back again
