As a server I'm usually understanding to a flaw about service, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The server brought us our drinks and took our order, then we never saw her again. I had to ask the bartender to run our gift card and for some boxes, while our server was seemingly avoiding us. If it wasn't for the gift card we would never go to red robin, and now because of this experience we will not be back.

Sometimes really good, sometimes not so good burger place.The first time I went to this Red Robin my burger was the saltiest burger I had ever had. I didn’t come back for a long time until some of my friends convinced me to go. The second time, the burger was super great! Now I want to go again and see what happens next time.Vegetarian options: This is a burger place and does not cater to vegetarians.Parking: This Red Robin has always had parking available when I went. If it were very busy you could park in the theater parking across the street which is never full.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is on the first floor and fully wheelchair accessible.
To start off with a positive, my mother enjoyed her meal and ordered her French fries without salt so they were fresh (and she likes well done burgers). The atmosphere is interesting with all the posters and novelties. Large space and plenty of room for big families. Enthusiastic host and wait staff.Regarding my meal: It's a real shame that a burger joint doesn't trust their beef source enough to cook to temp. I should have the ability to have my burger the way I like it. Most restaurants, if they have a clean kitchen and handle the food properly, are happy and capable of cooking medium rare burgers. If you like overcooked meat, this place is for you. I like the taste of beef and want it medium rare. On top of that, I ordered the garlic fries which were cold and soggy, clearly not fresh. For what it cost to eat here, and not having the food prepared to my liking, I'm not likely to return.I'm probably more picky than most, so take this review with a grain of salt...
