The first few times I went here it was great. But in the last few months, I’ve been there 3 times and every time they have messed up the order. Most recently I told them that they forgot to add strawberries and they said they would add it for me but never do that again. I guess that means I won’t be going back because it seems they either forget to add something or get the wrong size. I guess I should have gotten the message the first two times and they messed up but mistakes...read full review

The food and drink here is great. The staff is helpful and professional. Constructive feedback, in the times I've been there, the staff - while remaining professional and knowledgeable - didn't really provide a greeting or offer assistance. The vibe I interpreted was that I was not welcome and was interrupting their day, which doesn't match up with a food service-type job, hence the reduction of a star. Other than that, I intend to continue to come back for the delicious juices!

Today, I waited 30 minutes for one açaí bowl which was completely melted. Should have been given a straw instead of a spoon. Service is fine but quality control is absolutely terrible given the prices. I’ve been here at least three times before since it’s the only açaí spot on this side of town and this has been my experience each time. I’m done trying to support this local establishment.
