She took our order quickly but we waited a good 15 minutes at least and the place was packed with people waiting for their order and the lady who filled the orders needs to speak louder because no one could hear if there order was ready ?

I can't rate Starbucks anything less than five stars. The corporation is one I stand behind, have worked for in the past, and know people working here now. They treat their employees well and their coffee is good notch.My favorite thing about Starbucks is that no matter which location you visit, you can expect the same quality service, product, and price. I've visited Starbucks around the world and it always makes me feel like I'm back home.
