I havent been to this location in awhile because I didnt like the service from employees however I went the other day and the lady that was there i havent seen before and she was fantastic!
Had to use the restroom here while ordering, was told that the key had been 'missing for days'. I had heard that from someone else at this location before, so I asked about restroom breaks. I was told that they go 5+ hours without restroom breaks. A few seconds later, another staff member just happened to come out of the restroom with the missing key. Was also told that the keypad for the other restroom was out of battery. This is wrong, especially for people with disabilities....read full review
