It may seem like a good joke to have customers wait several minutes at the counter only to tell them they have to order on line in order to get one of your premade pizzas. But when someone is having there blood sugar drop, and it's raining outside such a joke is less then funny.
The interior looked “old and tired.” It was peak rush hour on a Friday night so I can’t fault the pizza from being prepared behind schedule. But the best part of the experience was the pizza maker kid in the back realizing I had been waiting up from for about 10 minutes never being acknowledged. Thought we could grab a pizza but after 30 mins of standing around, wish we would have gone somewhere else. Plenty of employees standing in kitchen on their phones. Meanwhile nothing was hot and ready! Seriously regret coming here tonight!
