We have eaten at Rumor Brewery numerous times since it was Ale Republic. The service and food quality has gone downhill. We brought out of town guests one time snd they forgot or lost our order. They refunded us. But my wife and I love a nice ambience even if the food is three out of five stars. What is going on with the beer garden? I love to stop here for beer and a pizza after a long day on the mountain….and sometimes I just drive up from Albuquerque because the vibe is great! Superb outdoor seating amongst the forest, occasional live music, phenomenal pizza and delicious beer! Rumor is the ideal spot for a pit stop when passing through Cedar Crest.

Great place to grab a beer after a hike. Good pizza too. Love the outdoor seating area on a warm Fall afternoon. And I think the beer is pretty darn good too. Creative music playlists based on who is beer tending….. never disappointing
