This place is still a great place to eat. My stepmother used to come here since the early 70s,and her favorite things were the hamburgers and malts. Now it my turn my wife and I just had the catfish plate with French fries and coleslaw. To top it off, a strawberry malt. What great service and fantastic food.
This is not your 2024 burger place. No, this is not your run of the mill fast food joint. This is a real life, kiss my grits, real drive inn. The waitress will tell you what is best, and hang on for a great, and greasy ride. One of the best burgers in my life, and don't forget the coconut tea.

I drove 2 hours to try this burger. 2 patties which I did not expect. Not overly laden with mayo or mustard which was nice. Onion rings were great. Overall an old fashioned burger that was really good. Will stop by again when Im traveling in this direction.
