The young lady taking our order in the drive thru was rude. I had to wait over 20 mins to get my order. Got our food it was nice and hot. It was very delicious up to the point were I was so disgusted. I called the manager at KFC and she told me I had to take my whole order back to get it replaced because they've never ever heard or had under cooked chicken as if I was lying. Can't ever get the employee at the drive through to realize the family meal gets more than 2 different side options when I order. Always railroaded into whatever makes the interaction as fast as possible for them.

Food was good but the person at the drive-thru was so rude. Honestly don't know if I'll be coming back because I would rather not spend my money at a place where the employees can't be nice to the customers
