We had a wonderful meal at Indigo Crow. The roast beef in the dip sandwich was tender and perfectly flavored. The side salad was crisp and the vodka vinegrette was awesome. My sister in law said the fish was well cooked and my husband's Ruben was hugely full of beef. Our waitress was friendly and quick. It was quiet enough to hear ourselves converse and the sunshine comes in the large windows cheerfully.
Completely forgot about this gem of a restaurant. My husband and I brought travelling coworkers for a lovely dinner. Our guests loved the drive in through Corrales and we had the perfect meal and setting after a good day of work. We will be back for more wonderful meals and memories!
