Ordered a limeaid on the app at 7pm. Arrived 5 min later and tried to check in 10 times on the app... No go. So, pushed the button and it flashed for 5 min so I thought it might be defective. I went to another car port and pushed the button there and after 2 min a lady came on and emphatically she would be "with me in a few minutes". Used to be great, not anymore. Ordered via the app arrived to pick up my food. Pulled into a stall and the screen said my food was coming. It never came. Pushed the red button. No one answered. Pulled around the drive through and got blown off there. And if you order on the app, it says the location is on the west side of town, in the middle.of no where.

4 out of 7 times that we have placed our order on the app, they have messed up our order. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but the items they messed up on, cost extra and we didn’t receive them. With multiple people ordering and people receiving messed up orders, it cost us quite a bit of money. We are seriously about to quit going to this location.
