I just went through the drive thru at the Taco Bell by the mall and I was like 20 cents short on my 2.30 something order and the girl at the window was nice enough to cover it for me, then I was so embarrassed I drove off before she gave me my sauce packets so she ran to the next window to give it to me. It's a hit and miss. Some days it's great some days service is lousy. Felt sorry for the girl having to stand outside in the cold to take orders. Maybe move the order screen to the first menu board so more vehicles can move forward. ?
Tried to pay my $25 order with $100 bill. They said they did not have change and if I could go break it somewhere and come back. I was confused and frustrated so I left with the intention of going somewhere else to eat. I usually don't call and complain but the fact that this is a major fast food chain and couldn't break $100 perplexed me.
