Stopped in this place while on my quest to find the best green chili smothered burrito in the southwest, while road tripping to spring training in Arizona. This place is so rad. It’s a retro narrow diner in old downtown Gallup. The neon lights are cool. Food was exactly what I wanted, green chili New Mexican food. Loved it! Will be back next year!
An authentic diner in Gallup perhaps *the* authentic diner. Full of locals when we visited - always the best sign. The Don Carlos(ribeye covered with red and green chiles and cheese) was perfect. The Sopapillas with honey are awesome - light, hot, and tasty.
