Church's Chicken is different than it was when I was younger. Hobbs has two Church's Chickens. This one is in a more pleasant location off of Joe Harvey Boulevard. The drive-thru was blazing fast on 12/30/2022 in the late afternoon. + Fried Okra - at first it was pretty tasty, but it was really greasy. - 8-piece dark chicken family meal - we got legs & thighs. First the bad. Service was slow. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and they weren't busy. Finding a clean table was a challenge. The children was perfectly cooked. And the sweet tea was amazing. I love sweet tea and this was tops on my list for flavor and lack of grit. I gave a good review because the food and drink out weighed the negative by that much.
