OVERALL El Pollo Chihuahua is the absolute best place in Hobbs, New Mexico, for tender, juicy barbecue-style chicken. absolutely delicious. The chicken is BBQ over charcoal and the tortillas are hecho a mano at least the tortillas de maize are. This place has great service and the agua de Jaimica is fire.
