“First trip to Hobbs and Rosa's was recommended by friends. Arrived at 10:00 am and the full lunch and dinner menu was available. I had the amigos dinner which included three enchiladas (beef, chicken, and cheese), rice, and beans. You order (like at a fast food restaurant) and you are given a number. I literally paid, and my number was called while filling my drink. The food was fresh, featured three enchilada sauces (red, green, and cream), and was only $11. The restaurant was decorated festively and well maintained by staff. Check out Rosa's Cafe if you are in Hobbs. You'll have a great meal.“

I've never eaten inside as I most recently ordered in the drive-thru. PARKING There is limited parking in the plaza lot. THE GRUB + Firehouse Meatball (medium on wheat bread $9.42) - this had tasty, hearty marinara sauce. + Side salad ($4.47) - fresh. Love this option over other much unhealthier sides. LITTLE YELPER'S CLUB They offer four kid's size sandwiches. Hot meatball, hot ham & provolone, hot turkey & provolone, & hot grilled cheddar cheese. The meal comes with a bag of chips, a small fountain drink ( milk is also available) and a cookie or brownie. SERVICE Fast, friendly drive-thru employees! MY FAVORITE PART...
