So I'm ordering I finished with my order and I remember someone asked me for jalapenos then I asked the girl if I could add 6 jalapenos and all of a sudden this lady idk if it was the manager or just an employee stating with an awful additude we don't let ppl add orders again at the window. She did went ahead and added it but if your training there's no need to do that kind of scene in front of the customer and by the way there's a way more professional to explain certain situations.
KFC original chicken still doesn't taste the same as it did when I was younger. By younger, we'll stick with about 30 years ago.This location looks really nice on the outside. Not sure about the ambiance inside.The drive-thru menu is easy to read while the speaker works well for ordering. On 7/14/2023 it was odd that the cashier told me I had to park in their private lot to wait for my order. We stopped eating here a long time ago because of the service and the quality of the food, but we decided to try again. The food was hot, fast service, and the employee was friendly and helpful. Might go in here again.
