As a former employee from this location specifically. This Domino's Pizza needs a lot of work in terms of mismanagement. Management there demands respect but does not acknowledge the staff's hard work when respect is due. The GM there specifically has already a very bad reputation with staff and customers on Kirtland Air Force Base. Yet, Domino's Pizza does not do anything to fix it. The pizza is always cooked to order and the prices are good with decent deals. The staff is professional and considerate when dealing with overwhelming orders while also being understaffed. Deliveries are a hit and miss with delivery times, sometimes much longer than the app says but that isn't necessarily their fault. If you decide to order on base, I would suggest just picking it up because orders for carry out or usually prioritized over deliveries.

Even though this location isn't in the best location, I think it's got some of the sweetest employees. They're hard working and probably put up with a lot more than the employees from other locations and they still do their best to smile and treat the customers kindly. Thanks for all you do for us!!!
